No. asksam™ is a support tool, not a substitute for medical judgment. It provides clinicians with evidence-based insights and medication safety checks but always recommends final decisions be made by a qualified health professional. In addition, asksam™ CANNOT diagnose, it can only be used a clinical support tool. The clinician always maintains final control over all clinical decisions.

Both Premium and Enterprise include unlimited access to all asksam™ features (no limit on number of interactions). 

  • Premium is suitable for individuals or small practices. 
  • Enterprise is designed for institutions, larger clinics, hospital systems — includes additional services (onboarding, custom integrations, support).

All patient data, uploads, transcripts, and AI interactions are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised users can access the data.

Only you and your authorised clinical team (and system admins in Enterprise setups) can access the data. asksam™’s AI engine does not share your patient data externally, or query external systems.
