No. Asksam is a support tool, not a substitute for medical judgment. It provides clinicians with evidence-based insights and medication safety checks but always recommends final decisions be made by a qualified health professional. In addition, asksam CANNOT diagnose, it can only be used a clinical support tool. The clinician always maintains final control over all clinical decisions.

Both Premium and Enterprise include unlimited access to all asksam features (no limit on number of interactions).

  • Enterprise is designed for institutions, larger clinics, hospital systems — includes additional services (onboarding, custom integrations, support).

Only you and your authorised clinical team (and system admins in Enterprise setups) can access the data. asksam’s AI engine does not share your patient data externally, or query external systems.
